Event Description:
18-30 year olds! Come join us for an unforgettable event in sunny Orlando, Florida with other Christian Scientists and their friends! We’ll spend an epic day at Universal Orlando Resort (Epic Universe), enjoy thought-provoking discussions, and be inspired by an engaging keynote speaker. You’ll also get to relax and play at our beautiful resort—complete with paddleboarding, kayaking, a rope swing, high jumps, a waterslide, and so much more. Whether you’re seeking fun, meaningful connection, or space to dive deeper into conversations you really want to have, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. Come be part of a weekend filled with connection, joy, and inspiration!

Cost: 

  • Registration: $460
  • Deposit: $230 (due at registration)
  • Total trip cost will be due by April 10, 2026

Cost Includes:

  • Meals from Thursday dinner thru Sunday breakfast
  • Accommodations
  • Airport shuttle and all transportation throughout the weekend
  • A keynote talk: TBA
  • Practitioner support & inspirational talk
  • Christian Science discussion sessions shaped by participant topic suggestions
  • Epic Universe entry fee

Financial Aid:
Need-based financial aid is available, providing up to $230 for registration and up to $200 in travel support.

If the awarded amount does not fully meet your financial needs for this event and you decide to cancel your registration, please notify us at dbinfo@discoverybound.org within 48 hours of receiving your financial aid notification. If you cancel, your deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

Please register first before completing the Financial Aid Form.

Cancellation Policy:
Now thru April 10, 2026: you will receive a refund, less a $230 cancellation fee (the deposit).
After April 10, 2026: no refunds will be issued.

Lodging will be housed by gender.

Other amenities include: pools, arcade, basketball court, bocce ball & shuffleboard court, Cornhole, Connect 4, hammock groves, foosball, lawn games, pickleball courts, ping pong, sand volleyball, soccer nets & more!

Weather:
In May, Orlando, Florida typically experiences warm, early-summer weather. You may experience:

  • Highs: Around 85–90°F
  • Lows: Around 65–70°F
  • Conditions: Mostly sunny and humid, with a chance of brief afternoon showers or thunderstorms.

It’s a good idea to pack light, breathable clothing, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes. A light rain jacket or poncho is also recommended for passing showers, and evenings are generally warm but can feel cooler after rain.

Travel:

Arrival (May 14, 2026)
Arrive at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) by 3pm. If you are driving to Evermore Orlando Resort please arrive between 4:30-5:30pm.

Departure (May 17, 2026)
Depart from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Please book flights to depart at 2:00pm or later. If you are driving, please plan to depart after church.
