DB Outreach – SC TX Local Chapter: Bike Austin!
What: Come ride the scenic Lady Bird Lake bike trail with your own bike or a rented electric assist e-bike
- Choice of ride group based on ability (1-10+ miles)
- Optional: The Trail Conservancy scavenger hunt, picnic or dine-in lunch
When: Saturday, November 2, 2024, 9-12 noon
Who: Youth and adults of all ages (children under 14 must be with an adult)
Where: Start/Finish at Austin Public Safety Wellness Ctr parking lot, 517 S. Pleasant Valley Dr., Austin.
Cost: $3 each / $10 per family (Cash or check payable to DiscoveryBound South Central Texas)
- Optional eBike Rental: $1.09 to unlock + $0.23 / min. or $ 12.99 day pass (must dock bike once/hour). Download the APP at www.capmetro.org/bikeshare
Bring: A bike, helmet, water bottle, snack. Optional: bag lunch or lunch money.
