Who

A vibrant gathering where activity, spirituality, and community intertwine
A one-month-long, weekly online exercise group where adults will enjoy guided workouts that blend physical activity with a Christian Science approach. Activity is adaptable to all ability levels.

Facilitator

Mary Ann Sprague-Denison loves bringing people together through movement, conversation, and inspiration. With more than 30 years of experience coaching NCAA volleyball, developing youth programs, and leading fitness classes for adults and seniors, she has spent her career helping people build strong lives—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

As the founder of Active Discovery, Mary Ann believes that even small moments of activity and connection can make a big difference. Her programs are built around the idea that movement lifts our thought, strengthens community, and brings joy to everyday life.

Mary Ann holds an MBA from the University of Missouri and is both a USAV CAP Certified Coach and an ACE Group Fitness Instructor. She now lives in California near her daughters and continues to enjoy creating opportunities for people to move, mingle, and grow together.

Schedule & Dates

  • Dates: Monday, May 4 – 18, 2026 (3 sessions)
  • Live Sessions: Weekly on Mondays from 10:00-11:00 am MT
  • Schedule: Begins with 10-15 minutes of metaphysical sharing, 30 minutes of active exercise, and 15 minutes of recap and social time.
  • Recordings available No

Group Size

  • Participant headcount min/max: 10/20
  • This group is intentionally small to support depth and meaningful dialogue.

Registration 

  • Registration Cost: $30
  • Registration deadline: May 1, 2026
  • Note: Two adults sharing a single household may use one subscription on the same screen at no additional cost.

How to prepare

  • Create a dedicated workout zone: Set aside a clear, open space in your home where you can move freely without obstacles.
  • Set up a screen for guidance: Keep a device or TV nearby so you can stream or display the exercise session while you work out.
