Menus for all meals served at Youth Camp
The A/U Ranches executive chef and food service manager, Matthew Leon, and assistant food service manager, Chad Heeter, are cooking up meals to delight our campers and staff at Round-Up Ranch and Sky Valley Ranch respectively. Though the “chow” bell rings several times a day, these meals are far from the “chow” known on western ranches in the old days. Care for a little sauteed kale, Basmati rice and BBQ-rubbed tofu? Oh, and Matthew and Chad are still serving hamburgers too…
