Note: For 2020, Christmas Camp will run at limited capacity and in a modified format that includes wearing masks while in public spaces and limited transportation.

Join your A/U family for a Christmas
to remember

The spectacular snow-capped Rockies are your setting to enjoy a variety of winter activities including downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, broom hockey, horseback riding, sledding and snowshoeing. Daily excursions are offered to Colorado’s favorite ski areas. There’s also plenty of time to simply relax in the lodge with friends, sit and read and savor a warm fire with a cup of hot chocolate.

Cherish the true meaning of the holiday

In the evenings, you’ll enjoy testimony meetings, hymn sings and caroling. Join in the festivities by expressing your creativity in our arts and crafts center or share your musical talents at a variety show. Search the forest for the perfect Christmas tree! Make gingerbread houses and decorate Christmas cookies. Valerie Lodge is the perfect place to unwind after a day of activity, as you take in the views of the majestic Arkansas River Valley. Christmas in the Rockies doesn’t get any better than this. And all the cooking will be done for you!
