The A/U Ranches executive chef and food service manager, Matthew Leon, and assistant food service manager, Chad Heeter, are cooking up meals to delight our guests. Though the “chow” bell rings several times a day, these meals are far from the “chow” known on western ranches in the old days. Care for a little sauteed kale, Basmati rice and BBQ-rubbed tofu? Oh, and Matthew and Chad are still serving hamburgers too…
