Supporting Cap and Marianne’s Vision

Long time A/U Alumni, Scott and Gwen Putnam, share what inspires them to give on a monthly basis…

When Cap and Marianne came to our area many years ago to put on a camp show, we were inspired by its joy and vigor. We could see how much the young people in the Sunday School would enjoy and be benefitted by such a rich camp experience.

In time, the camps became Adventure Unlimited, and shortly thereafter Scott joined the staff as a part of the growing field program. Gwen worked part-time as well, on a schedule that accommodated her life as a mom. We were fully committed to this expansive activity.

When we moved on to other careers, we continued our support of A/U with financial contributions. We have found a modest, automatic monthly withdrawal from our bank account is an easy way to do this. To find out more about this giving option, click here.

Can anyone doubt the Christian Science movement is looking to the young people in its ranks for its future well-being?

Can anyone doubt the Christian Science movement looks greatly to the young people in its ranks for its future well-being? We see A/U having a substantial role in this effort. As a result, we continue to financially support Adventure Unlimited, as we see the vision of Cap and Marianne blazing brightly to this day.

Our warmest thoughts,

Scott and Gwen Putnam
