What is a DiscoveryBound Chapter?

DiscoveryBound Chapters were a vision of Adventure Unlimited's Founders, who wanted to start local programs that reinforced, on a year-round basis, the inspiration and fellowship kids were experiencing at Christian Science summer camps.

Where are DiscoveryBound Chapters located?

DiscoveryBound Chapters are located across the United States and are currently segmented into two regions - Western Region and Eastern Region.

What do DiscoveryBound Chapters do?

Local Chapter events provide a more intimate environment for families and teens to participate in activities together. They meet the needs of a specific community base, and because of their nature and proximity, they can happen on a more frequent basis. They can be as simple as a movie night, or as big as a themed weekend regional with another nearby chapter.

Chapter events are organized by local volunteers and are often supported by DiscoveryBound staff. Whether it’s a simple monthly community gathering, annual Christmas caroling, service project, family day at the beach, or Operation Testimony Meeting (OTM) at a nearby church, inspiration and friendship are at the heart of local DiscoveryBound events.

Chapters also help promote, chaperone, and fundraise for youth participation in DB regional and national events and Christian Science summer camp - supporting the continuation of fellowship and inspiration!
