If you dial into the internet, you'll want to select the "low res" videos. If you have
a DSL or Cable connection, try the "high-res" versions. If the video appears too "jerky" you may want to stop it (just hit your "Back" button)
and try the "low-res" format of the same video.
Note that you will need to have Apple's Free Quicktime Movie Player installed on your system.
